Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came in 10/1 to get both covid and flu vaccines. She claims she requested vaccines be given by a pharmacist since she is a cancer patient. Paitent claims she received both vaccines on the same spot (noticing one band-aid). A soon as she received them, she felt pain and tingling on left arm (where she got both vaccines). She reports having pain and chills the past few days, with chils not being present today and pain being present upon touching the area.
