Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient states has a history of reactions to vaccine. She came in on 10/3/2025 to show us area about size of a tennis ball that was pink in color and said you could feel the area by touch. States this is improved from date of injection. States took benadryl night of immunization. Area is pink in color, not overly warm. States has been improving daily.
