Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Additional Details: Pt reported loss of appetite hours after receiving the vaccine (resolved). Pt then experience nausea (resovled) the next day. Then 2 days ago noticed hives along the bilateral forearms.
