Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient went to visit her PCP about her injection site redness/swelling/pain Tuesday morning (9/16). I, (name withheld), called Dr. (withheld) later that afternoon to get an update on her case. Dr. reported that the patient was having a local reaction to the injection. He indicated that there is no harm/deficit, injection site not infected, and there no is muscle weakness. He stated that he did not give her any meds as her redness/swelling has gone down compared to the image she showed him.
