Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: VACCINE WAS GIVE AROUND 3:23pM ON 10/03/2025 SHE WALKING OUT FROM THE STORE, HAD SYNCOPE WITH DIZZINESS AND LIGHT HEADEDNESS-- EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER COME TO THE PHARMACY TO INFOR ABOUT THE INCIDENT SHE WAS GIVEN WATER AND SHE STAYED AT THE PHARMACY FOR 15 MINUTES. SHE WAS OK WHEN SHE LEFT THE PHARMACY AT 3:55PM
