Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Pt reports that she already had a previous HD Flu vaccine at her PCP office on 9/4, but was given another dose on 9/22 here in clinic during her COVID vaccine visit. Pt denies any serious adverse reaction but just came to clinic to report the doubling in the dose
