Immediate post-injection reactionInjection site pain

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced pain upon administration of the vaccine. She stated that she had overall soreness and pain at the site, the pain has lasted for over 10 days now. Patient followed up with a nurse practitioner at an urgent care where they prescribed a prednisone taper.
