Husband called store on 10/7/25 at 12pm stating that wife has several severe symptoms after vaccine 3 days ago. This includes pus coming out of vaccine entrance, resembling a pustule "or small pimple. Also stated her arm was in pain and she was very fatigued. Referred patient to PCP for treatment.
