Symptom narrative

I began feeling faint while working out in the yard. Initially, I thought I was over heated or needed to eat or drink. It got progressively worse and I began feeling faint frequently. I waited a long time to go to the doctor because I thought it was an issue that would correct itself but eventually, I could tell that my heart wasn't beating properly. I went to the clinic in September of 2017, they put a Holter Monitor on me and when it was analyzed by the clinic, I was called and told to come to the hospital immediately and not to drive myself. I spent 4 days in ICU at hospital before being transferred to another hospital where I spent another 3 days. I was given Magnesium intravenously, which seemed to help but I was discharged with a Metoprolol prescription which helped to regulate my irregular heartbeat for a few months. The plan was to have a heart ablation procedure to correct the my irregular heartbeat. I had the heart ablation done January 22, 2018 in the basement of the hospital and it corrected the ventricular tachycardia. I was discharged the next day.
