A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient didn't receive influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VACCINE). The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: TREMOR (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "body shook for about a half hour afterward"; WRONG PRODUCT ADMINISTERED (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "I think they gave it to me anyway in the guise of a flu shot". Additional information: the patient stated that the vaccine was given to him/her anyway in the guise of a flu shot. The patient's body shook for about half an hour afterward.
