Symptom narrative

Patient received the RSV shot on 10/04 and reported adverse reactions on 10/08 that started 10/05 which has continued to today. He describes unbearable pain when he tries to raise his left arm, could not get it higher than his chest. He also describes that he gets hot flashes at night where he wakes up drenched in sweat. He also had body aches the next day, but that has since resolved. He treats his pain with twice daily OTC Naproxen.
