Symptom narrative

Pt developed fever and malaise evening of vaccination day, then over the next few days developed neck and chest pain and presented to our ED on 10/9/2025.

Budesonide, lisdexamfetamine, sumatriptan prn

Lab data

Chest xray and EKG were both normal, but troponin was measured in the lab as 14,507, consistent with acute myocarditis
