Symptom narrative

Patient woke up at Midnight following the vaccine with large, itchy bumps on the right forearm only. The patient brought it to my attention today 10/08/2025. The bumps are still a pretty decent size (golf ball size) , but the patient stated the swelling has gone down. It is still itchy and she is taking an OTC antihistamine to help with that. Patient stated she believed it to be from the vaccine since it happened on the arm the vaccine was administered in and had never has a reaction to the flu vaccine prior.
