Symptom narrative

Rash and hives on 9/27, treated initially with prednisone but 2 days later they were worse then received dexamethasone injection and dexamethasone tabs for 5 days w/ improvement . Hives gone by10/3

Current illness

UTI on nitrofurantoin 9/10-9/15 and pyridium 9/10-9/12. And genital herpes on acyclovir 9/8 -9/12. Toenail fungus on terbinafine as mentioned above 8/28-9/28
