Symptom narrative

Patient was to receive Fluarix as they are less than 65 years old. Patient was given Fluad by mistake. Patient was informed as the mistake was discovered immediately. They were counseled on symptoms to expect and encouraged to call back if any adverse reactions develop. Patient did not have any questions or concerns at that time.
