Symptom narrative

Rash on both arms appeared morning following the covid vaccination. The next morning the rash also appeared on both sides of face and neck. Consulted primary care physician who prescribed a prednisone-type drug that we have not yet picked up from the pharmacy. I, patient's spouse, started this report before picking up the prescription and directions say I must finish it at this sitting - so I must submit without knowing the exact name of the prescription... or outcome
