PATIENT INADVERTENTLY RECEIVED TWO INFLUENZA VACCINES DURING THE 2025-2026 SEASON. ONE GIVEN 9/8/25 AND THE SECOND GIVEN 10/7/25. PATIENT REQUESTED COVID VACCINE AT SECOND VISIT. PATIENT REPORTED SOME DIARRHEA, BUT NO OTHER SYMPTOMS.
