Patient came in for walk-in influenza. After patient received one dose of high dose flu vaccine, records get checked and realized that patient already received one dose of high dose flu vaccine while patient was in the hospital about a month ago. Patient shows no sign of allergic reactions or symptoms after receiving the vaccine today.
