Symptom narrative

Patient called 10/8/25 stating she had black and blue bruising on her arm. The black and blue color has subsided and now the area has a red circle around it , some swelling and is painful to lift things. She had been to quest for blood draw prior to getting the vaccines and states the site of blood draw was also bruised. She has an appointment with her primary on 10/13/25.
