The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 15-Sep-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (0.5mL/once, lot #Y017915, expiration date: 28-Oct-2026; strength and anatomical site were not reported) and Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (0.5mL/once, lot #Y005808, expiration date was reported as 01-Mar-2025, but upon internal validation established as 12-Mar-2026 ; strength and anatomical site were not reported) for prophylaxis. Both vaccines were reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date were not reported).
