The patient's relevant medical history included: "diabetic" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: I'm diabetic. Caller described that she has been diabetic for "about 24 years. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 2021, outcome "unknown" and all described as "had a COVID-19 infection four and a half years ago".
