An adult female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: EL1284) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "sick"; MENSTRUAL DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "bad menstrual bleeding problems"; CARDIAC DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "heart problems"; COUGH (non-serious), outcome "recovered". Additional information: The patient took the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine and has been really sick every since she's taken the vaccine, for a few years. Caller stated that her daughter (patient) "gets sick a lot, and has been from the day she took the vaccine up until now." Caller stated that her daughter got so badly sick and that the daughter will get a cough that will last for a month or two. Caller stated that her daughter states "it feels like she's having heart problems." Caller stated that her daughter "has really bad menstrual bleeding problems, and she is sure there is more side effects she is experiencing that she is unaware of." Caller stated that she has seen "so many reports of menstrual problems." Caller stated that she was worried to death for her.
