A 72-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 07Oct2025 at 12:45 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 72 years, in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Obesity" (unspecified if ongoing); "Diabetes 2" (unspecified if ongoing); "high LDL" (unspecified if ongoing); "HBP" (unspecified if ongoing); "Vertigo" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: OZEMPIC, start date: Mar2025.
