No additional AES; Pediatric dose of VAQTA was administered to a 20 year old; This spontaneous report was received from other health professional and refers to a 20-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, drug history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 02-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with pediatric Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), (lot #20005472 is an invalid batch/lot number for Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (expiration date reported as 08-Jul-2026)), 0.5 mL total, administered by intramuscular route as prophylaxis (Underdose). No adverse event.
