On 06-Oct-2025, the patient started therapy with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (lot #Y019107, expiration date: 18-Nov-2026) reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported)(Inappropriate age at vaccine administration since the patient was 4 month old).
