Symptom narrative

On 10/6, a few hours after receiving the two vaccines the patient experienced bruising at the injection site as well as on the anterior deltoid/inner arm down to her elbow joint. Left arm/vaccine arm was also severely sore and she couldn't move it for a few days. Bruising still present today on 10/9, but patient able to move arm.
