Symptom narrative

Local adverse reactions - Severe pain, moderate erythema, and swelling (<10cm) - severe pain was immediate and lasted for about 24 hours, then reduced to moderate pain. Injection site reaction started 24 hours after the vaccine was administered, with a small rash, and at the 30-hour mark was a larger red and swollen area about 9.5 cm in length on the left deltoid around where the vaccine was administered. Unresolved when reporting. (still under 48 hours when reporting) Systemic reactions - Moderate fatigue, mild headache, mild myalgia - about 12- 15 hours after administration, resolving around 30 hours after administration
