Patient received 3 vaccines on 10/3/25; covid and pneumonia vaccines on left arm, flu vaccine on right arm. She reports back today 10/9/2025 with a red area on her right arm at the injection site. Redness is circular and is about an inch in diameter. She reports that it was previously itchy but not anymore. She does not report any other side effects. She says that she was taking Tylenol for symptoms, but the redness does not seem to be improving. Patient appeared to be in good condition and was in no distress. Patient was advised to take Benadryl for symptoms and to follow-up with her provider if symptoms persist.
