as soon as vaccine administer pt got fainted for about 5-6 second or so , he was responding back in few second , we put alcohol pad by his one nose and he start talking , we ask if we need to call 911, he said no . give him chocolate to eat , upon asking he mentioned he didn't eat anything this morning and feel anxious or nervous when he sees new people around him. i told him to wait for atleast 30 minutes in pharmacy so i can watch him if he is okay ot not . but after 30 minutes he left. he originally came here for 6 vaccine which are adacel, mmr, heplisav , flublok but after the seond shot this accident happen he said he don't want remaing vaccine he will come back. i infomred him he has to wait atleast 28 days since he received live vaccine of varivax.
