Patient is experiencing injection site reaction which is itching and is warm to touch.

had covid a month ago and have taken paxlovid

Lab data

None so far. Told the patient to go to the doctor. When checked again the patient decided not to go so told her to monitor for signs of worsening and go to the doctor. Also recommended antihistamine, cold compresses. She said the itching has gone down a little.
