Symptom narrative

Pale, diaphoretic. B/P Right arm 127/65, Pulse 57, respirations 18. Sat patient in clinic room with mom present, observed for 20 min. Gave patient water and mom got her a granola bar. Within 5 minutes patient felt better and skin color WNL, no diaphoresis. Gave patient water and mom instructions to call EMS for any swelling of tongue, lips, throat or for and issues breathing. Mom and patient verbalized understanding. Patient left, walked out without difficulty. Call place to patient several hours later by this nurse, voicemail mail left , will call again to check up on patient:
