Symptom narrative

pt reported waking up 10/06 with right calf pain and chest pain at 6 am. She went to the ER to get checked out. Pt reported floaters in left eye at 6:30 am 10/09. ER visit came back all normal and no medication was given. Pt went to eye dr to get eye checked out and there was nothing out of ordinary 2 months prior.

Lab data

CT scan, ultrasound, ekg and all came back negative 10/06. The eye dr did an eye exam 10/09 and the result was large floater but no retinal tear or detachment.
