Symptom narrative

I was fine after she gave me the shot, and as soon as i got hom it hit me my chest were hurting and my arm was hurting. I then got nauesous and thought it was because i didn't eat. I took a something and ate and then i felt fine like nothing happen to me. Then Sunday it came back again and i felt the same thing so i did the same thing and it went away and hasnt came back since.
