Symptom narrative

pt was hurting from shoulder to shoulder the night of the vaccine. The next morning, her wrist, knees and ankles were hurting. Her balance was off and was concerned about walking. Her ears started ringing. She was dizzy and lighted with no energy. She continues to have the ringing in the ears, dizziness and being off balance.
