Symptom narrative

Pt presents to the clinic for routine prenatal visit at 35 weeks 6 days with her nurse midwife on 10/9/25. Pt elected to receive the RSV vaccination approved for maternal use Abrsyvo. Pt received the Arexvy instead due to clinical error. Pt did not have any immediate side effects. Due date 11/7/2025. CDC guidance received to continue to monitor pt with routine prenatal visits, baby will need the beyfortus at birth according to CDC site.
