Symptom narrative

After receiving her vaccination, the patient shopped around the grocery store for about 10 minutes, then fainted while she was checking out her groceries at a self-checkout kiosk. She fell backward and hit her head on the floor. She was unresponsive for 30 to 40 seconds. EMS was called and took her via ambulance to the ER.
