Symptom narrative

On 04/16/2025, the patient received Boostrix and MMR vaccines administered in the left arm, and the Shingrix vaccine administered in the right arm. The patient presented today reporting prolonged side effects following the vaccinations, specifically soreness and bruising in the left arm that persisted for approximately six months. She stated that she consulted a dermatologist and underwent a biopsy to further evaluate the symptoms.
