Symptom narrative

Patient had immediate numbness and tingling down the left arm and states she had a spasm in the arm after getting the vaccine. The numbness and tingling has been constant from the left side of her neck down to her fingers since receiving the vaccine with progressive worsening of weakness in the left arm to where she can barely shrug her shoulder and can barely lift her arm up. She is also experiencing spasms in her left hand.
