Symptom narrative

Patient called on 10/9/25 asking about the side effects of the Covid vaccine. Patient stated that she received the Covid vaccine and is experiencing subconjunctival hematoma and wanted to know if this was one of the side effects. Patient also stated that she has a history of subconjunctival hematoma but it hasn't been this bad. She did also experience a fever post vaccine but no longer has and the hematoma is not affecting her vision.
