Symptom narrative

On 9/21/2025 patient's mother contacted me through My Chart indicating child developed hive rash to both of her legs after receiving the Meningococcal vaccine. Rash resolved on it's own after a few days. Just wanted to make sure reaction to Meningococcal Vaccine was mentioned.
