Symptom narrative

She is 9 weeks pregnant. She rec'd the flu vaccine in her right deltoid. States she felt like the shot was given a little too high. (She is an RN). Within 3 hours, she started feeling pain in her right shoulder. States pain has continued with movement for the last two weeks.
