An 80-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 29Sep2025 at 09:30 as dose 1, single (Lot number: NDC 00069-2528=10) at the age of 80 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "HAD PHYSICAL" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: HEART RATE INCREASED (non-serious) with onset 07Oct2025 at 02:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "HEART RATE INCREASE. RESTING HR FROM 62 TO 78, SLEEPING HR FROM 58 TO 76, HAD TO CALL EMS AT 2AM ON 10/7/25 AND THEY DOCUMENTED HR at 159-168 FOR 32 MINUTES.".
