No additional AE; HCP reporting a patient who has received RECOMBIVAX HB on 02/28/2008 with an unknown expiration date has been flagged in their system as an expired dose.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 28-Feb-2008, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant) (RECOMBIVAX HB), (lot #0306R) (expiration date was not reported) for prophylaxis with an unknown expiration date has been flagged in their system as an expired dose (expired product administered). No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
