Expired vaccine used/accidentally administered an expired dose of Infanrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 15-month-old female patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number 5H773, expiry date 13-JUL-2025) for prophylaxis. On 08-OCT-2025, the patient received Infanrix. On 08-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine used/accidentally administered an expired dose of Infanrix).
