Symptom narrative

Doctor came out of room 3 and staff member and I that the twins needed Hep B, vaccine, We were not logged in to a computer so we asked Doctor what insures and we drew them up. When we went into the room we introduced ourselves and told mom we were giving Hep B, and she agreed. Staff member gave one baby the shot and I gave patient the shot. When we stepped out a coworker asked if we gave the RSV and we said no we gave hep B, she said they already had that. Mom then poked out and asked and when I told her they haven't had any vaccines. Mom was then free to go and when we went to enter the vaccines then is when we noticed that both babies already had their hep B vaccines and other baby was not on the schedule.
