Symptom narrative

Patient came to see NP at clinic with complaints of left shoulder loss of motion and severe pain after flu and COVID-19 vaccines on 10/6/25 at Pharmacy. This was her first time reporting the incident. Patent states immediately the higher injection felt wrong and caused a shooting pain anteriorly into her shoulder joint. She then began to have severe pain that night and in the morning could not move her shoulder. Patient only has full ROM from the elbow down. Patient denies any other injury to her shoulder or previous injury/surgery.
