underdose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a adult female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) for prophylaxis. On 19-SEP-2025, the patient received Boostrix. On 19-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: underdose). The outcome of the underdose was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-SEP-2025 The pharmacist reported that the patient had jumped and had not received the full dose of Boostrix only about 1/4 to 1/2 of the dose was administered on 19th September 2025, by a technician. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
