Symptom narrative

Patient received 2nd Shingrix vaccine on 10/1/25. He came in the morning of 10/10/25, to let us know that on the night of 10/10/25, saying that on the night of 10/1/25, he experienced a red, warm swollen band across the arm. He called his primary care physician, who said it's not normal, to let pharmacy know so they could document it. Patient said he didn't experience any other symptoms (fever, sweating, spreading rash, etc). The rash lasted 4-5 days, gradually going down.
