Symptom narrative

They told me to sit there for 20-30 minutes because I have multiple known allergies. I waited 20 minutes and then asked them if I could leave because I was only having a lot of pain in my arm and severe nausea. They allowed me to leave. About 5-10 minutes into my drive home, I started wheezing and having an asthma attack where I was having difficulties breathing and catching my breath.

Current illness

None that I can remember. I have six year old twins who always seem to bring new viruses home from school, but I never get sick. I cannot confirm or deny if there were any viruses around me at this time.

Medical history

Fibromyalgia, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel disease, migraines, anaphylaxis.

Other medications

None on that day prior to the vaccination.

Allergies

Latex, cannabis, clav-amox

Lab data

None were done. I called my PCP to ask them if I'm okay to take extra allergy medication and my rescue inhaler. It was a Friday and they did not return my call until Monday. They had a message with me wheezing and coughing, otherwise nothing would have been documented. I took the medications to try to help my reaction. My PCP called me back on Monday and told me I absolutely should have taken the medication and to call the County Health Department to report this. I called them, the receptionist took my information to call me back and then never did.
