Symptom narrative

per client- i received the fllu vaccine and about 30 minutes or so later , he was back in his office and started to notice that is was difficulet to swallow, developed a dry cough and was hard to breath. I took 50 mg of benadryl and a full dose of my albuteraol inhaler. does not have asthma His co-workers instructed him to return to the flu rodeo, no symptoms noted at that time.
